Earl Davis, Jr. is an electrifying, spirit-filled speaker who is taking the nation by storm. One of the most charismatic, admired, and successful people in the industry Earl Davis shares the lessons he has learned. His passionate approach to life has already inspired thousands to overcome the obstacles in their lives….

As the Founder and CEO of Create Winners, Inc., Earl has taken the advice of the late multi-billionaire J.P. Getty who said, “There will always be room for the man with energy and imagination, the man who can successfully implement new ideas into new products and services.” On the road to becoming a peak performance expert/coach Earl attended many seminars and spent lots of money only to discover that he left the learning experience still wanting to know what he came there for in the first place. He also made some very profound discoveries. He noted that the hungriest people at many of the seminars were the people in the “nose-bleed” section. The people with the best seats in the house often talked through the whole presentation and Earl wished he were back in the “nose-bleed” section. What Earl has essentially done is to create a seminar experience that caters to the people who have had to sit in the “nose-bleed” section. Earl sometimes calls himself the “Henry Ford of Motivation” for providing executive training for the “Everyday” man.

He has been featured on many radio stations around the nation. He has made many keynote appearances both nationally and internationally. He has shared the stage with many of the world's most prolific speakers, Les Brown, Brian Tracy, Dottie Walters and Chicken Soup's Mark Victor Hansen, to name a few. He has worked in conjunction with the city of St. Pete Summer Youth Intern Program (SYIP), Career Options of Pinellas, Inc., The Juvenile Justice Dept in the state of FL. He was nominated for the 2001 Who's Who of Professionals. He has a trend breaking radio show “The Winner's Circle” with a listening audience of well over 250,000 households. He was asked to teach a course through the Center for Executive Leadership at The Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville , Va. , as well as to provide Executive Coaching . He was selected a torch bearer for the Salt Lake City Olympics of 2002, for his work in inspiring others and challenging them to shake off mediocrity and live up to greatness.
